- Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty .
- We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
- Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
- Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
- A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns . Fee will be deducted from refund check.

The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate ' return shipping address'.

You will receive an email from our returns department informing you of your company credit after it has been applied to your account.

No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.

IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our customer service Return Authorization process before attempting to return product.

To get an RA number please e-mail or call customer service. An RA (Return Authorization) number will be provided to put on the package for return.

Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.

RA numbers are valid for 14 days.

Shipping Damages: All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company – usually UPS or USPS – within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, the product is defective, or the error is otherwise ours, we will correct it by refund or reshipping the items. If the product is in Brand New and Re-Saleable condition, we will credit your account for the price of the item itself.
